Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide operations management support for Titles Shared Services Center (TSSC), including leadership and Title Specialists.
  • •Identify, design, and implement operational improvements to enhance quality, reduce complexity, and increase effectiveness across cross-functional stakeholders.
  • •Define, track, and analyze business metrics/KPIs, throughput metrics (volume, cycle time, backlog), and report performance to senior leadership via dashboards.
  • •Support capacity planning and throughput optimization by evaluating capacity vs. demand, forecasting volumes/workload trends, and recommending staffing/workflow adjustments.
  • •Manage projects/initiatives that streamline Title Specialist workflows and improve onboarding, professional development, incentive programs, and dispute-resolution efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 4 years’ experience (or an equivalent combination such as master’s/2 years, Ph.D./up to 1 year, or HS/GED/8 years).
