Own the architecture of a greenfield autonomous mobility platform, building highly scalable distributed services and production-grade systems powered by GenAI, LLMs, and real-time visual intelligence. Start hands-on as a founding engineer and grow into long-term technical ownership, leading design/code reviews, end-to-end system delivery, and operational excellence with observability, monitoring, and root-cause analysis. Collaborate with GMs, operations, and customers across time zones to turn business needs into technical solutions while mentoring engineers.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and build scalable, resilient, distributed systems, translating complex requirements into technical architecture.
•Write production-grade, well-tested code and lead code and design reviews while partnering with the engineering team on implementation.
•Own systems end to end (design, deployment, monitoring, oncall), including observability, graceful degradation, and root-cause analysis for production issues.
•Deliver high-quality features on time within agile project plans, balancing speed with technical rigor.
•Partner with GMs and operations across time zones to convert business and customer problems into technical solutions, and mentor engineers across levels.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s in a related field (Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering).
•8+ years building cloud-native backend or platform systems.
•Proven experience delivering greenfield products or internal platforms from scratch.
•Hands-on experience building distributed systems on modern cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines, including AI/ML or LLM-driven components in production.
•Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into production-ready systems.
