Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end delivery and execution across cross-functional teams in the product area to ensure predictable, high-quality outcomes.
  • •Evaluate business and product requirements for technical feasibility and architectural alignment, translating them into EPICs and technical user stories.
  • •Partner with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Engineers to groom, prioritize, and refine the backlog.
  • •Plan and drive sprint execution, using project planning to set timelines, milestones, and surface dependencies early.
  • •Maintain engineering quality by guiding design decisions, enforcing design patterns, participating in code reviews, and ensuring robust monitoring/alerting.

  • •Minimum 3 years of engineering leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
  • •Strong Agile experience with sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative delivery; ability to translate requirements into EPICs and user stories.
