Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide comprehensive support to compliance operations by implementing solutions aligned with established policies and procedures.
  • •Collaborate with business units to understand business models and inherent risk exposures; assist with detecting suspicious transactions and developing transaction monitoring rules.
  • •Design and maintain monitoring effectiveness matrices and dashboards to assess rule performance.
  • •Support the development and ongoing enhancement of policies and procedures across the transaction monitoring lifecycle, including rule validation, system optimization, and underlying data analysis.
  • •Coordinate with regional and global teams to implement and refine transaction monitoring models and partner with cross-functional stakeholders within Global Payments.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Law, Data Science, or a related discipline.
  • •Internship experience in payment, data analysis, or related fields.
  • •Strong data analytical skills, with practical knowledge of SQL, Excel, and other analysis tools.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
