Lead design, development, and governance of retail insurance products for Istanbul operations within an Agile/Scrum environment. Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and implement requirements for new and existing retail insurance products within an Agile/Scrum framework.
•Support product backlog refinement, draft clear User Stories, and collaborate with software development teams to drive execution.
•Monitor insurance industry shifts, emerging consumer behaviors, and global trends to propose and implement innovative business solutions.
•Perform core data analytics and performance monitoring using tools like SQL, KNIME, or BI platforms to align product designs with pricing strategies and technical profitability.
•Orchestrate relationships with internal business units, external partners, and coordinate joint initiatives linked with Allianz Group operations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Insurance/Banking, or related analytical and administrative fields.
•Minimum 4 years of proven experience in product management and process design within the insurance sector (experience in Retail Motor and Non-Motor business lines is highly preferred).
•Hands-on experience in working with software engineering/IT teams.
•Familiarity with data analytics tools (SQL, KNIME, Power BI/Tableau).
•Knowledge of cutting-edge tech applications (AI/ML, automated workflows) is a strong asset.
