Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the device qualification program for converting semiconductor manufacturing from 150mm to 200mm wafers, ensuring schedule, quality, and customer requirements are met.
  • •Develop and maintain the master project schedule, coordinating qualification milestones, engineering activities, factory readiness, customer deliverables, and production transition requirements.
  • •Drive cross-functional execution across Process Engineering, Test, Quality, Manufacturing, Equipment, Product Engineering, Operations, and other teams to complete project deliverables on time.
  • •Own project risk management by identifying technical, schedule, resource, and manufacturing risks, creating mitigation plans, and escalating issues as needed.
  • •Coordinate qualification data, documentation, testing, approvals, and primary project communications to executives, internal teams, and customers to ensure production transition success.
