Sales Manager - Marintec

Own and execute the annual sales strategy for Marintec China, translating targets like booth sales and sponsorship revenue into team goals and tracking performance against monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives. Manage key customer relationships through regular visits and communications, negotiate cooperation agreements, and ensure timely accounts receivable collection. Coordinate closely with marketing, operations, and finance to support promotional campaigns and after-sales follow-up, while producing sales and market reports with actionable improvement recommendations.
