Job Summary

Senior Compensation Consultant to advise on Employee Rewards programs, including compensation design, job architecture, market benchmarking, and RMCD data. You will manage deliverables on client engagements, develop high-quality, client-ready analyses, present findings to executive audiences, and mentor junior team members across industries such as tech, life sciences, financial services, and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage deliverables for small-to-medium-sized projects or defined workstreams within larger, complex engagements, including outlining work steps, tracking progress, documenting next steps, and escalating issues as needed
•Develop high-quality, client-ready deliverables that synthesize and interpret complex information beyond standard templates
•Support and complete compensation design, job architecture, job evaluation, salary structure development, incentive target analysis, cost modeling, and impact analysis
•Review and take accountability for methodology, analysis, and outputs across staffed projects
•Interface with clients and participate in or lead client presentations; provide guidance and developmental feedback to junior colleagues

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of compensation consulting and/or corporate compensation experience
•Familiarity with the Radford McLagan Compensation Database (RMCD)
•Knowledge of rewards including base pay, incentive plan design, job architecture, job evaluation, pay transparency, and pay equity
•Ability to translate data into meaningful insights and clearly articulate the implications
•Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
