•Participate in entry-level training programs for skill and pay progression

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 6 months of professional automotive prepping experience
•Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently
•Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license (some positions may require an MVR check)
•Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and sometimes be exposed to extreme weather (heat/cold)
•Use safety equipment including face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and protective garments and equipment
