Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee contract management during project execution, ensuring alignment with design, materials specifications, budget, contract terms, and schedule.
  • •Review contractor and consultant deliverables; provide recommendations for adjustments as required.
  • •Set clear objectives and plans, prioritize work, organize teams, distribute responsibilities, and monitor progress.
  • •Ensure around-the-clock availability and immediate response to emergencies or critical activities.
  • •Guide adherence to the Authority's policies on maintenance, operations, and related management tasks; coordinate with safety for related matters.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering from an accredited university; PMP certification preferred or equivalent project management credential
  • •Minimum 8 years of practical experience in a related engineering or project management field

  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build trustworthy relationships with clients and colleagues
