Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer Google Workspace as the master source of identity for authentication and access control.
  • •Design and maintain automated lifecycle management (Joiner/Mover/Leaver) using Okta Workflows and SCIM provisioning to downstream apps (e.g., Slack, Jira, Zoom, 1Password).
  • •Author, deploy, and audit device configuration profiles and compliance policies in JumpCloud across macOS and Windows fleets.
  • •Provide tier-2/3 service desk support and escalations using Jira Service Management (JSM) and Slack, using ticket data to identify root causes and automate repeat fixes.
  • •Maintain Zero Trust access controls and endpoint protection (Sophos), and support SOC2/ISO 27001 compliance while monitoring infrastructure and improving tooling.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of internal IT experience in a fast-paced, scale-up, or regulated fintech environment.
  • •Hands-on experience building workflows with Okta Workflows and managing SCIM/LCM app integrations.
  • •Deep Google Workspace administration as a primary IdP, including domain security settings, OU management, and admin workflows.
  • •Experience creating, testing, and deploying compliance baselines, FileVault/BitLocker policies, and configuration profiles in JumpCloud (or equivalent).
  • •Strong ability to support and secure both macOS and Windows workstations with an automation-first mindset and good documentation skills.
