Job Summary

Build and evolve embedded radar software for the Gen4 Tactical Airborne Radar program, working across the full SW development lifecycle including SW/HW integration. Tackle complex technical issues, investigate and troubleshoot problems, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on radar modes and capabilities. Provide technical leadership, support program/customer reviews, and help generate and analyze system and software requirements and architecture. Mentors peers and helps drive technical, cost, schedule, and quality performance.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a STEM degree and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.
•Development experience coding in C/C++/ADA (or related languages/tools) across phases of the SDLC.
•Experience working on UNIX, Linux, Windows, VxWorks, or other RTOS environments.
•Experience in an agile/scrum, hyper-collaborative team environment using typical agile tool suites.
•Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.
