Facilities Management Coordinator (QA)

Coordinate end-to-end facilities management documentation and day-to-day operations, working with vendors and facility personnel to oversee building maintenance. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations, manage preventive maintenance and repairs, and support energy and space optimization initiatives. Handle facility budgets, vendor contracts, inspections and audits, emergency response readiness, and HSE/IMS alignment while providing leadership to maintenance staff and service providers.
