Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive power estimation, power delivery and management, and thermal solutions for a broad range of AMD products including FPGAs, Adaptive SoCs, and embedded systems.
  • •Collaborate with architecture and design teams to address customer power and thermal requirements.
  • •Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution of product plans.
  • •Translate requirements into technical specifications and track progress against milestones.
  • •Communicate risks and trade-offs to cross-functional teams and leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer/Electrical Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • •Experience planning, architecting, and/or designing power and thermal solutions for ASICs, ASSPs, or FPGA-based systems.
  • •Knowledge of power delivery, power estimation, and thermal methodologies for complex SoCs and custom ASICs.
  • •Ability to collaborate across architecture, design, and product teams to address customer power/thermal requirements.
  • •Strong communication and cross-functional coordination to ensure alignment and timely execution.
