Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide process improvements to safely meet operational business plans and support new electrical systems.
  • •Troubleshoot equipment and process issues and develop sustainable fixes to drive long-term improvements.
  • •Coordinate electrical engineering projects across concept, specifications, design, manufacturing, commissioning, and closure.
  • •Lead and participate in process improvements with maintenance, production, and multi-discipline technical teams.
  • •Monitor reliability and help eliminate waste through reliability enhancements and control of process expectations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology from an accredited institution.
  • •Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • •5+ years of experience as an engineer in an industrial environment.
  • •Experience with PLCs, HMIs, AC drives & motors, low/medium power distribution, and instrumentation.
  • •Experience managing and executing capital projects.
