Behavior Technician (BT/RBT)

Provide 1:1, play-based ABA support to neurodivergent children in homes and community settings. Follow individualized treatment plans created by the BCBA team, collect behavioral data, and share progress with families and supervisors. This part-time, morning in-person role supports meaningful skill-building through naturalistic therapy while partnering closely with a small, BCBA-owned practice.
