Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Manage accurate and timely production of U.S. and Canadian payrolls in a multi state/province environment.
•Lead end-to-end U.S. payroll processing for multi-state, multi-entity operations, including payroll audits, tax filings, and year-end reporting.
•Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations and related accounting activities.
•Develop, mentor, and grow a diverse payroll team (hiring, training, staff development) to drive continuous improvement.
•Identify and implement process enhancements and automation, leveraging SuccessFactors and SAP Payroll; manage vendor relationships and act as an escalation point for payroll inquiries.

Key Requirements

•7-10 years of progressive payroll experience using SAP (or another equivalent ERP), with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

•Experience managing expatriate payroll in a global payroll environment.
•BA/BS degree (or equivalent) in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
