Senior Counsel – Litigation

Lead and manage a portfolio of complex litigation and pre-litigation matters for assigned business lines, independently setting strategy across pleadings, discovery, motions, trial/arbitration, and settlement. Serve as a trusted advisor to business, Risk, and Compliance stakeholders to assess exposure, mitigate legal and reputational risk, and provide practical guidance. Direct and manage outside counsel, monitor trends, and report case posture, reserves, and emerging risks to senior legal leadership.
