Key Requirements

  • •5–7 years of experience as a Product Manager.
  • •Launched customer-facing AI products where the system took meaningful actions on behalf of users, with agentic workflow execution, tool orchestration, and autonomous behavior.
  • •Built products from scratch with real customers, including iterations toward product-market fit (launch, rebuild, change direction, kill ideas, and iterate).
  • •Strong technical abilities working alongside ML engineers, including reading evaluations and understanding system tradeoffs.
  • •Experience operating in highly ambiguous startup environments with fast iteration cycles and deep familiarity with modern AI systems.
