Middle Market Portfolio Manager – Wholesale Credit Delivery – Sponsor and Leveraged Finance

Lead independent underwriting, structuring, and ongoing portfolio management for complex, sponsor-owned and leveraged middle market credit relationships. Manage bilateral/left-lead executions and support originations involving acquisition financing, recapitalizations, refinancings, upsizes, amendments, and waivers. Serve as a credit subject matter expert and first line of defense by delivering risk identification, mitigation, monitoring, and transparent communication across internal partners throughout the relationship lifecycle.
