Key Responsibilities

  • •Support on-site property management by tagging/recording general equipment line items in N-ERP and maintaining auditable property records.
  • •Conduct general equipment physical inventories, spot checks, and validate shipping manifests against container contents.
  • •Maintain subsidiary accounts in N-ERP (Assets Under Development, Fixed Assets, Accumulated Depreciation) and complete daily N-ERP transactions within required timelines.
  • •Perform daily stock screening and maintain service levels; support packing and container inventory activities.
  • •Produce daily/weekly/monthly property reports (inventory, property pass, MILSTRIP, stock screening, OM&S, GE) and update standard operating procedures as needed.
