Key Requirements

  • •Lead supplier technical audits for semiconductor gas panel assembly and related sub-assemblies, evaluating performance, capability, and specification compliance.
  • •Drive continuous improvement at supplier sites for gas panel assembly processes, cleanliness, build quality, and functional reliability.
  • •Lead quality problem resolution and incident management, including containment, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • •Use quality management systems (QMS) to adjudicate, document, and track quality issues, including containment and effectiveness verification.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience supporting manufacturing of Semiconductor Capital Equipment, preferably involving gas panel assembly or chemical/gas delivery systems.
