Key Responsibilities

•Own the GTM architecture end-to-end, including Salesforce (revenue and CRM), Marketo, and connected tools like Demandbase, data enrichment, the data warehouse, analytics, and sales engagement platforms.
•Define and maintain a target architecture for how ads, web, martech, CRM, data, and AI systems work together.
•Make the stack AI- and experiment-ready by streamlining signal flows from ad platforms through Marketo and Salesforce into reporting.
•Build and lead a small engineering pod focused on revenue and marketing systems, balancing quick wins with long-term platform investments.
•Partner with GTM stakeholders to turn GTM strategies into scalable data flows and improve lead routing, attribution, and lifecycle management.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 300,000 - 330,000 annually

•10+ years in software and/or data engineering, including 5+ years owning or building GTM, revenue, or marketing systems.

•Demonstrated ability to lead small, high-impact engineering teams and deliver complex GTM system improvements.
