  • •Develop fully dimensioned detail drawings that comply with industry standards, Collins requirements, and manufacturing best practices.
  • •Ensure drawings are accurate and complete, appropriately dimensioned, and support tolerance stack-up analyses.
  • •Update and maintain detail drawings throughout review cycles based on engineering feedback.
  • •Incorporate drawing revisions in accordance with engineering change requests.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret government issued security clearance.
  • •U.S. citizenship required.
  • •HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • •Proficiency in 3D mechanical design and drafting, including development of complex assemblies.
  • •Strong understanding of GD&T and ANSI Y14.5M standards, with drafting practices and PLM/general computer application proficiency.
