Job Summary

Provide timely, accurate processing of client transactions while delivering a high-quality banking experience. Educate clients on digital and self-service options such as ATMs, Online and Mobile banking, and support the team sales process through outbound calls and lead/referral of client needs. Act as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, following internal controls, risk management, and branch leadership routines.

•Support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities to deliver Truist expertise and solutions for client needs.
•Follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies; participate in retail community bank leadership routines and training.
