Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the employee onboarding process with a focus on compliance and seamless documentation, including verification and employment package preparation.
  • •Own the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle and operational requirements while addressing employee queries throughout the process.
  • •Partner cross-functionally with Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle, and Payroll to deliver a smooth client and employee experience.
  • •Maintain and manage employee data to ensure accuracy, security, and compliance with confidentiality standards.
  • •Drive continuous improvement and automation by identifying opportunities to streamline onboarding and improve scalability.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong background in operational roles with people operations experience, including employment and legal contracting knowledge.
