Key Responsibilities

  • •Comply with all safety requirements and participate in safety activities including talks, observations, and audits.
  • •Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot equipment used during daily manufacturing; evaluate operating status to maximize reliability and quality.
  • •Execute daily production run schedules, resolve quality issues, and document operating parameters and QC results.
  • •Perform changeovers and disassemble, assemble, and clean machinery; stage packaging area and manage raw materials.
  • •Monitor and perform minor maintenance where applicable, follow standard operating and LOTO procedures, and maintain a clean work environment.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 6 months previous experience in production or manufacturing; mechanically inclined preferred.
  • •High School Diploma or G.E.D. at time of application.
  • •Basic mathematics and computer skills; SAP experience preferred.
  • •Ability to follow written and verbal operating and LOTO procedures and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
  • •Ability to stand up to 12 hours and lift a minimum 55 lbs; work in varied indoor/outdoor conditions and confined spaces.
