•Develop and maintain partnerships with candidates, peer partners, and third-party vendors to support business hiring needs.
•Create and implement sourcing strategies that improve quality submittals and hires using multiple channels, competitive research, and sourcing technologies.

•Strong sourcing skills for technical roles and experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS/CRM systems.
