Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure accurate, timely, and safe pickup and deliveries to customers; assist with loading/unloading as needed.
  • •Provide excellent customer service, greet customers promptly and courteously, and elevate concerns to leadership when required.
  • •Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws, including pre-trip/post-trip reporting, proper load securement, and hours of service.
  • •Maintain vehicle cleanliness and complete and document daily maintenance inspections, including repairs and preventive maintenance.
  • •Maintain and promote a strong safety culture by following safety policies and PPE procedures, enrolling in CHS random drug and alcohol testing, and reporting incidents and violations to the supervisor.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a Class A or B CDL.
  • •Ability to read, write, and communicate in English and understand highway traffic signs and signals.
  • •Maintain a CDL and DOT medical card.
  • •Ability to work additional hours and occasional weekends as needed.
  • •Agriculture background and customer service experience preferred.
