Serve as the senior People leader for the R&D organization, partnering directly with the CTO and CPO to shape people strategy across Engineering, Product, Design, and Stack AI. Lead and develop a team of People Partners, drive organizational transformation (design, succession, leadership effectiveness, change management, workforce planning), and coach senior leaders. Use organizational health insights to influence executive decisions and help evolve People Partnership in an AI-first company.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner directly with the CTO and CPO to shape people strategy, organizational design, workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, and long-term evolution of the R&D organization.
•Lead, coach, and develop a team of People Partners to deliver executive partnership and raise the bar across R&D.
•Partner with People Partner leadership peers across GTM, G&A, and International to continuously evolve the People Partner function.
•Lead organizational transformation across R&D, including succession planning, leadership team effectiveness, change management, and workforce planning.
•Serve as a trusted coach to senior leaders with thoughtful challenge, practical guidance, and candid feedback.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 252,000 - 296,000 annually

•Strong commercial acumen connecting people strategy to business outcomes and influencing executive decision-making.
•Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions or other significant organizational transformations.
