Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze financial and operational trends and communicate their business impact.
  • •Work with the FP&A team to build budgets and forecasts for the Product and Engineering organization.
  • •Support business leaders by helping interpret analyses, measure progress against goals, and develop investment cases.
  • •Own key parts of forecast model preparation, maintenance, and quality control.
  • •Collaborate with Strategic Finance colleagues to produce regular executive team and Board of Directors reviews, and assess financial/strategic implications of potential investments.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of finance experience, including financial planning, business analysis, investment banking, accounting, or related work, with understanding of financial modeling and analysis tools.
  • •Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes and be comfortable in a continuous planning environment.
  • •Familiarity with and passion for the e-commerce industry and Product and Engineering KPIs.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Docs.
  • •Experience with Looker, Workday Financial Management, or Planful is a strength.
