Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead IT Operations across three teams—IT Support, IT Logistics, and AV & Executive Support—through three direct-report managers.
  • •Set IT Operations strategic vision and operating model, aligning priorities to company objectives and using data-informed decision-making.
  • •Deploy next-generation, AI-powered IT support experiences inside employee tools to reduce friction and improve resolution times.
  • •Resolve international IT logistics complexity to make hardware shipping and provisioning seamless as Instacart expands.
  • •Partner cross-functionally (Executive Leadership, Workplace & Facilities, Enterprise Security) and drive annual innovation initiatives addressing end-user needs.

Salary: USD 215,000 - 227,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Proven track record leading a large, multi-disciplinary IT operations team across IT support, logistics, and AV or executive support.
  • •Experience managing 20+ people across multiple IT functions, including direct oversight of managers and success in hiring, developing, and retaining talent.
  • •Budget ownership and financial accountability, including managing IT budgets of $5M or more for hardware, licensing, and vendor spend.
  • •Ability to lead organizational change and innovation, building the vision rather than only executing existing playbooks.
  • •Authentic, transparent leadership with a track record of building trust with direct reports, peers, and senior stakeholders up to C-suite level.
