Job Summary

Serve as the first point of contact for employees throughout their employment lifecycle—managing pre-boarding and onboarding, acting as an HR help-desk, and handling off-boarding. Ensure compliance with UAE labour legislation and coordinate with PRO, Finance, IT, and insurance providers. Own employee documentation, visa and Emirates ID processes (including Golden Visa), benefits administration, and audit-ready HR records using HRIS and productivity tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage end-to-end onboarding, including employee E-files and orientation scheduling.
•Serve as the HR help-desk, responding to employee inquiries within 24 hours and issuing HR letters/certificates and NOCs.
•Drive end-to-end visa and immigration processes, including Golden Visa applications and monitoring visa/EID/contract expiries.
•Administer employee benefits, including medical insurance enrolments and invoice reconciliation.
•Maintain HR policy and audit-ready records, ensuring compliance with UAE labour law and DIFC/free-zone updates.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
•2-3 years in HR operations or a People Associate role within the UAE.

•Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., HiBob, SuccessFactors, BambooHR, Zoho People) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
