Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements

  • •Solid experience leading teams through projects, mentoring engineers, and raising engineering quality in a remote/asynchronous environment.
  • •Experience operating software in production, including on-call responsibilities and incident response/reliability ownership.
  • •Strong frontend engineering experience building production systems and breaking complex problems into short feedback loops (analyze, design, deliver an MVP, learn, iterate).
  • •Proficiency with TypeScript and React, and experience working with visualization tooling and user-focused product delivery.
  • •Familiarity with AI technologies and frameworks with a practical mindset for delivering high-quality real-world solutions.
