Job Summary

Provide timely, accurate service for client transactions while maintaining proper handling of assigned monies and records. Deliver an exceptional client experience through courteous interactions, complex and standardized transaction support, and education on digital self-service options like ATMs, Online, and Mobile banking. Cross-train to support outbound calling, referral of clients to specialists, and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities, while adhering to controls and risk policies.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and completing complex and standardized transactions with accuracy.
•Educate clients on digital, self-service banking solutions including ATMs, Online, and Mobile banking.
•Support team sales through outbound calling, identifying client needs/offers, and referring clients to the appropriate branch team members or specialists.
•Support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) by delivering Truist expertise and solutions tailored to client needs.
•Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies; serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent education.
•Two years of teller, cash handling, or client service experience.

•Ability to master PC keyboard/software skills for branch automation and demonstrate proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
