Key Responsibilities

  • •In conjunction with or in the absence of management staff, guide daily store operations and hourly associates to achieve excellent customer service and sales goals.
  • •Provide one-on-one and small group training for Sales Associates on product knowledge, store activities, job duties, and policies.
  • •Assist with merchandise display setup and product flow from stockroom to sales floor; support merchandising and store upkeep duties.
  • •Maintain sales floor fill-in/process readiness and communicate product levels and assortments to management.
  • •Process sales transactions, help with documentation for applicants and new hires, and resolve customer complaints/returns to restore public relations.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED (or currently pursuing).
  • •Preferred: 3 to 6 months retail experience.
  • •Ability to guide daily store operations and hourly associates to drive customer service and maximize sales.
  • •Strong communication skills for training and resolving customer concerns.
  • •Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and a point of sale system; ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
