Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform general labor to support asphalt crews, including shoveling, raking, and maintaining a clean and safe job site.
  • •If applicable, assist based on experience as a ground worker, power broom operator, or skid steer operator.
  • •Ensure safety on the job site by complying with safety policies and procedures and using the right tools and equipment.
  • •Operate and maintain vehicles, machinery, and other equipment used on the job site.
  • •Follow manager directions and support daily tasks; perform other duties as assigned as schedules and locations change.
