Key Responsibilities

•Perform general labor to support asphalt crews, including shoveling, raking, and maintaining a clean and safe job site.
•If applicable, assist based on experience as a ground worker, power broom operator, or skid steer operator.
•Ensure safety on the job site by complying with safety policies and procedures and using the right tools and equipment.
•Operate and maintain vehicles, machinery, and other equipment used on the job site.
•Follow manager directions and support daily tasks; perform other duties as assigned as schedules and locations change.
