Key Responsibilities

  • •Evaluate and enhance plant efficiencies by analyzing workflows, facility layouts, and workforce utilization using time studies, capacity analyses, and risk assessments.
  • •Implement continuous improvement initiatives using A3 problem-solving, Kaizen events, and Value Stream Mapping to streamline processes and reduce operational waste.
  • •Support root cause analysis and corrective actions using data insights to develop actionable projects.
  • •Help implement new equipment or technologies, monitor installations, and ensure compliance with budget and specifications.
  • •Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures, work standards, and visual management systems; deliver reports and presentations to senior leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or an equivalent education/experience combination.
  • •Experience with continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles.
