Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage daily execution activities with TPSM service providers to support Delivery Assurance.
  • •Ensure accurate and timely PO acknowledgements, schedule updates, and delivery commitments.
  • •Drive issue resolution and ensure root-cause and corrective actions are completed by TPSM providers.
  • •Maintain accurate status in OSC Life and other internal tracking systems; lead recurring reviews with providers and stakeholders to address priorities and risks.
  • •Track part and material status against MRP, monitor supplier performance metrics, coordinate cross-functional communication, and escalate schedule impacts as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a university degree (or equivalent) and minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 3 years experience in procurement, supplier management, contracts, purchasing, or data management.
