Production Supervisor

Lead daily production operations on the front lines by overseeing the full production process, monitoring yields, and making real-time adjustments to meet targets. Ensure safety and USDA/HACCP compliance, maintain food safety and food quality standards, and train employees on safe operating procedures including lock-out/tag-out. Drive operational efficiency by analyzing performance metrics, coordinating with operations leaders to reduce downtime and costs, and coaching hourly teams to deliver quality results.
