Key Responsibilities

  • •Own headcount planning, forecasting, and budget tracking, including hiring timing, compensation assumptions, and plan changes.
  • •Maintain COGS forecasting and run variance analysis and performance reporting.
  • •Partner with Marketing to monitor spend and evaluate the financial impact of programs, campaigns, and partnerships.
  • •Support weekly ARR forecasting by gathering inputs, validating assumptions, and maintaining forecasting cadence.
  • •Prepare recurring executive and Board materials with accurate numbers and clear performance narratives, and follow up on budget-versus-actual changes with department leaders.
