Job Summary

Own headcount planning, budgeting, forecasting, and budget-vs-actual analysis across the business, including COGS forecasting and variance reporting. Partner with Marketing and Accounting to track spend, support month-end close, and improve accrual and reporting accuracy. Build reliable weekly ARR forecast inputs and deliver recurring executive and Board materials with clear narratives on what changed, why, and what needs attention.

Key Responsibilities

•Own headcount planning, forecasting, and budget tracking, including hiring timing, compensation assumptions, and plan changes.
•Maintain COGS forecasting and run variance analysis and performance reporting.
•Partner with Marketing to monitor spend and evaluate the financial impact of programs, campaigns, and partnerships.
•Support weekly ARR forecasting by gathering inputs, validating assumptions, and maintaining forecasting cadence.
•Prepare recurring executive and Board materials with accurate numbers and clear performance narratives, and follow up on budget-versus-actual changes with department leaders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 135,000 annually

•Strong spreadsheet and financial modeling skills, with comfort working with large or imperfect datasets.
•Curiosity and sound judgment in applying AI tools to analytical work while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
