Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and improve recommendation system solutions for user growth, social features, live streaming, and e-commerce consumer scenarios.
  • •Address cold-start, real-time responsiveness, and interest diversity challenges in recommendation modeling.
  • •Apply large model techniques, including LLM few-shot reasoning, to infer new users’ potential intentions.
  • •Integrate graph neural networks and full-lifecycle user behavior sequences to improve interest prediction for social preferences.
  • •Explore long-context awareness and end-to-end modeling to simplify multi-stage e-commerce recommendation chains and improve user retention.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a PhD degree, preferably in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields.
  • •Strong programming skills with solid software design ability and coding practices.
  • •Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with strong communication and teamwork.
  • •Familiarity with machine learning and natural language processing and/or data mining.
  • •Prior experience in recommendation systems, computational advertising, or search engines is a plus.
