Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with no prior experience in administrative, customer service, financial services, risk management, or insurance (or the Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice track).
  • •High School Diploma or Equivalent with 2+ years of experience in administrative, customer service, financial services, risk management, or insurance.
  • •Knowledge of data collection and analysis.
  • •Microsoft Office experience.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication, customer service focus, and attention to detail (preferred).
