Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the Facilities team responsible for building operations, maintenance, and security for the Credit Union.
  • •Oversee strategic relationships with multiple vendors and review acquisition/maintenance contracts to ensure service level agreements are met.
  • •Develop and manage the department budget and spending to exercise effective cost control.
  • •Manage competing priorities, direct resources and organizational communications as appropriate, and partner with the Building Operations Manager.
  • •Ensure daily maintenance and safety for the headquarters facility, maintain equipment/system inventory, and support critical disruptions as part of the Instant Management Team.
