Key Requirements

  • •Tertiary qualifications in an engineering or related technical discipline.
  • •Proven experience in quality management roles, preferably in a systems engineering/industrial organisation.
  • •Knowledge of process improvement methodologies, ideally including Lean and Business Excellence (Lean Six Sigma Green Belt desirable).
  • •Detailed knowledge of ISO 9001 and ability to translate requirements for stakeholders.
  • •Proven experience engaging and influencing stakeholders to shape mindsets and culture.
