Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with business and technology teams to shape solutions that meet business objectives and protect existing functionality.
  • •Elicit, analyse and validate business requirements for new and enhanced software capabilities.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years’ experience as an IT Business Analyst delivering technology-enabled change.
  • •Experience eliciting, structuring, and documenting high-quality requirements that are unambiguous and testable.
  • •Retail banking experience, including retail products, account opening, operational workflow, and business processing.
  • •Strong domain knowledge in at least one area: Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, Payments, or Lending.
  • •Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including user story writing and backlog refinement.
