Key Responsibilities

•Project Delivery and Leadership: Ensure safe, on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery from Pre-Construction through closeout and provide day-to-day leadership.
•Contract Compliance and Documentation: Verify contract compliance, interpret drawings/specifications, and manage deliverables including submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
•Coordination and Communication: Coordinate contractors' work activities, chair project meetings, and communicate project status to clients and stakeholders.
•Closeout and Reporting: Assist in closeout activities, processing warranties, OMs, punch lists, and final invoicing documentation; maintain logs and reports.
•Quality Assurance and Client Interaction: Conduct QA inspections and coordinate between internal and external stakeholders to meet client expectations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 155,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BA/BS in Civil Engineering or Construction related field with 6+ years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
•Valid Driver License required
•Experience delivering highway/interstate construction projects with CEI emphasis
•Ability to interpret project drawings and specifications and manage submittals, RFIs, and schedules
•Strong leadership and communication skills to supervise staff and coordinate with clients and contractors
