Job Summary

Design, manufacture, verify, and validate board-, sub-system-, and system-level test equipment, providing through-life technical support. Build robust test hardware and associated test software/procedures to prove correct operation of electronics in Control Actuation Systems, Guidance Electronics, and GPS Anti-Jamming. Lead and guide junior engineers, produce comprehensive design documentation, participate in design reviews, and collaborate with hardware/software teams, customers, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

•Design functional test equipment for circuit cards, sub-assemblies, and systems.
•Ensure overall test equipment quality, including review processes and design standards.
•Provide leadership and guidance for junior engineers and support resource planning.
•Document design specifications and implementation details; participate in design reviews.
•Develop test hardware, test software, and procedures to prove correct hardware operation and manage lifecycle obsolescence.
