Job Summary

Senior software engineer responsible for developing and validating firmware and software for AI acceleration on neural processing units (NPU). You’ll drive end-to-end features from design through release, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure robust, scalable code in C/C++ on Linux for advanced AMD AI/NPU applications.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and drive execution of comprehensive, highly effective software for sophisticated new technology and new product introduction projects
•Validate new software features before releasing them to customers
•Implement the NPU firmware features to enable efficient ML workload inferencing on NPU hardware
•Collaborate closely with multiple teams to deliver key planning solutions and the technology to support them
•Work very closely with dev teams and Project Managers to drive results

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer/Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline
•Expert knowledge and hands-on experience in C, C++, including solid understanding of object-oriented design
•Excellent knowledge of software engineering principles, data structures, algorithms, operating systems concepts, and multithread programming
•Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a diligent and collaborative approach to technology
•Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver software for new technology and product introduction projects
