Key Responsibilities

  • •Own product analytics across different product lines by defining, tracking success metrics, and aligning targets to Product and Company strategy.
  • •Use product/user/business understanding to craft data stories that guide product leaders’ critical decisions.
  • •Build reusable, scalable data products enabling self-service analytics and democratized data access.
  • •Define governed self-service event instrumentation & taxonomy for an event-driven architecture and enable Product/GTM peers.
  • •Connect product usage to commercial outcomes (win/loss, expansion, renewal) and scale repeatable analyses/automations.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in data analytics, analytics engineering, or data science, supporting product teams in B2B companies.
  • •Expert in product analytics fundamentals (metric trees, experimentation, activity/retention, funnels, customer segmentation).
  • •Strong SQL skills and experience using dbt for data transformations; experience coding in Python is relevant.
  • •Demonstrated ability to use LLM/AI tooling to improve workflows or results with measurable impact.
  • •Experience with event-based tracking data (web/mobile) and a behavioral analytics tool such as Amplitude, Heap, or Mixpanel.
